Relationship Therapy

We believe that strong relationships are built on trust, understanding, and open communication, but we also know how hard it can be when those foundations feel shaky. Support for Couples in Early Parenthood

Becoming parents is one of life’s most beautiful gifts and one of its biggest adjustments. Many couples find that the joy of welcoming a little one also brings exhaustion, misunderstandings, shifting roles, and moments of feeling disconnected from each other. If this is your experience, you’re not alone. It’s a very human response to a tender and demanding season.


At Discover Counselling and Psychotherapy, we walk alongside couples as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early years of raising children. Our work is grounded in a relational, person-centred approach: helping you slow down, hear each other again, and make sense of what this season is stirring in both of you.


We are grateful to partner with a compassionate and highly experienced perinatal midwife, offering practical guidance alongside the emotional support of counselling. Together, we help you understand each other’s needs, share the load in more balanced ways, and protect the closeness between you as you build your family.
